Waited 20 minutes in line and only moved 1 car past the order screen

Plain garbage all of them. Customer service sucks. Food never hot and fresh. They take forever to get your food. They slow as hell. And the mocha and ice cream machine always broke. You'll could take a class from chic fi la Customer service and how to navigate a crowd in a timely matter. It's like retards work at every fast food place except chic fila

Idk why there is no longer; drink machines, napkins, condiments, straws, nor someone at the register at all times. I had to get up 2 or 3 times to get things that were not put on our tray and everytime I had to stand at the counter and wait to be noticed which took a few minutes each time. Food seems good normally, but the lack of needed things makes dining pretty unenjoyable.

I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese and fries but the food wasn't hot and there were no advertised specials.

Lobby reopened and good food and prices.The service is decent but I guess it really depends on what day and time you’re going. Edit: The wait time has been around 20—25 minute if you order it in the lobby. Horrible service. Do drive thru next time because apparently, that’s what they only care about.
