Starbucks - CHAGRIN FALLS

Rude! We arrived at 12:50 pm today and guy was washing windows of door as we tried to open it and he tapped the sign that says closed at 1 pm WOW ? since when does a Starbucks coffee place close at 1 pm you claim to be New England here but we NEVER have our Starbucks closed at 1 pm on the REAL EAST COAST!

Dogs have been allowed in this location which is against Starbucks nationwide. This needs to be addressed. No one wants someone's dog barking, breathing or wagging their tail in a restaurant. Dogs have been witnessed placing paws on the pickup counter and the counter, and the counter was not cleaned by the baristas even though they witnessed the dog on the counter, where customers orders were sitting. Unsanitary.

I have revised my previous review from a 2 star rating to a 4 star rating and here's why. The very next day after posting my review I had a free drink card taped to my mobile order for the previous day's mishap. Since then I am greeted frequently, which is a really nice change. Should it have taken a two star review to be treated with a little kindness? No. Should it have taken a year and a half to be treated like a regular customer should be treated? No. HOWEVER, the staff at this location has truly made an effort to do better I feel like I should repay their kindness with an updated review and improved rating. Original review: I don’t have very good luck at this Starbucks location. I have purchased coffee from here almost every weekday for a year and a half. In that time I’ve frequently received regular milk in my drink instead of coconut milk (I have a milk allergy so not fun), been ignored at the counter when trying to inquire about my order, and then today’s experience of watching everyone in line order and receive their drinks while I waited for my mobile order (that I placed 10 minutes prior to arrival) to be taken off the machine and processed. I wish I could say this was the first time that happened but it’s definitely not. Save yourself the time, money and frustration and go to the local coffee place down the block.
