Ice house, and staff without great consideration! We left before we took order because we were uncomfortable! Our departure seemed to relieve the waitress who would prefer to be behind his computer! Coincidence or not it was the only restaurant available in the city ...

For a first experience in a restaurant in Chablis and well we are not disappointed at all even see extremely surprised! Very beautiful frame in a cellar, menu with choice and excellent, really! Sauce even has a taste of coming back and hihi! The wine was as good. A very pleasant waitress, smiling and especially a very appreciable fast service! We're back for the new card. Thank you.

Run! Mediocre kitchen, product 1st price... Disastrous experience...

I am going to eat with colleagues at the winemaker’s mâchon recently, this restaurant is an institution for French gastronomy, to install in the same place for ten generations it’s always a pleasure for me to come to taste good foods and wines alone or accompanied. Being catering, and working for a beautiful institution (restaurant LE CIEL DE PARIS) , I want to say that the products are fresh and made home with love and passion as always. The service is irreproachable waitress and servers extremely welcoming than happiness!Having been able to visit the estate accompanied by the owner of the place and having been able to taste wonderful wines I am returning to my region with some cartons to make discover the wonderful chablis of the Defaix family.I strongly recommend that you be alone or accompany, for a family meal or a business meal the winemaker’s mâchon will meet all your expectations with a smile.
