There was no right window, the sofa was completely inappropriate to sleep, and some air conditioning outside the room made noise. I asked for a refen at the price of the room, but he didn't even come to the euro and I didn't apologize.
Stayed from 11th to 18th September 2022, half board, superior room sea view, beautiful, wide and always clean, with a breathtaking terrace with table and chairs, sunbeds and bed linen stand, restaurant with beautiful view, great food, with friendly staff, and well organized by the maître , ready to meet all our needs, excellent and varied breakfast, served on the terrace with sea view, the beach of Cavoli is a show!

The location is very beautiful, the room we had was too narrow/small, having booked a superior I thought it was a bit more comfortable having a crib but instead it was better a triple, but I should have paid for an extra person perhaps, but since my son only one year did not seem correct to take a trip. The view of the room is very beautiful but the terrace is clean!!!!!! We had the terrace under a sea pine and was perpetually dirty, it was enough to sweep it once a day to eliminate the big one but they will have cleaned it only the time I noticed it... the bathroom is to remake because very old and the shower box had the dirty old encrusted and limestone that didn't bother you to wash. Cleaning the room absolutely to be rejected, as soon as we arrived I had to make a complaint because the floor had been cleaned badly, there was sand here and there and under the bed was full of dust. Even the closet was dirty and knowing that you have to store your stuff, you turn the boxes and not little. In addition anyway morning cleaning left much to want...I can't say anything about the restaurant and its staff who are the top of the hotel and only give them five full stars! Very good food, Maitre Maurizio and waiters especially Mr. Pasquale who followed us are very kind and nice. Too bad for room management and cleaning. Surely I'd go back to the restaurant if I pass but I wouldn't make a stay here.
5 stars deserved. Structure maintained well and managed equally. The flagship of the hotel is the restaurant: impeccable service directed by Maurizio maitre and accompanied by two very young girls (Marianna and Elena) who followed us during all the dinners as a few times I also saw in star restaurants. In the morning the service was followed by Riccardo, Antonio and Pasquale who never one shot lost in 10 days of service for our 12-person staff (6 adults and 6 children): so much patience and so much self-denial at work. If I had to report something I would do it for the cleaning service that on one occasion did some slipping but nothing exclatating. The final compliments to the chef who delighted us with gourmet dishes at the highest level despite having the room always full (we were from 13 to 22 August 2022): tasty dishes, balanced, coloured and with products of the territory all cooked with mastery (to apply for Michelin stars). Congratulations to the company that put together a staff of this magnitude. Recommended for those who come to Elba and have expectations for a relaxing holiday with great service.
