Oporto Pty Ltd - Cessnock

During our stay in the Hunter Valley, we did some shopping nearby and decided to have lunch at Aporto. We ordered the whole chicken with pita bread, fries, and two sauces. The portion size was better value compared to getting two quarter chickens with fries for the same price. Although the service was a bit slow and we had to wait a while for our meal, the overall quality of the food was quite good.

I visited the restaurant for a meal while feeling hungry. I encountered a rude female manager who insisted I wear a mask despite having a medical exemption. Even though I explained my situation, she still argued that I needed to wear one. It was frustrating to deal with such ignorance, especially when the seating was only one meter away from the counter.

Really nice grilled chicken tenders. Keto friendly too .. much better choice than another nearby fast food restaurant. Staff helpful.

I received the wrong order at this restaurant, but when I called to let them know, they were very apologetic and offered to deliver the correct food. I was impressed with how professionally they handled my complaint and it makes me happy to recommend them.

Omg, went here and inside the restaurant was 35 degrees, air conditioner wasn’t working properly, the dish I bought, chips were Luke warm and the chicken was tough.. not good enough
