I understand that mistakes can be made, but if you don't apologize and don't show your face they become unforgivable. We show up at the venue at 9pm after booking in advance. We order 2 first courses, a bottle of wine, 1 second course and 2 side dishes. The bottle of wine is forgotten, we ask for it and it arrives. We wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for the first course, we ask the waiter who at that moment arrives with the second course and a side dish, but there is no trace of the first course. The waiter also takes the second one back. I don't question it, a mistake can happen to anyone but after that mistake a solution must be found. Nobody apologizes to us, nobody cares about our problem, they say only the first ones are doing it. After we get up hungry and tired of waiting, coincidentally no one is in the room at that moment. We wait and telling the waiter that we are tired of waiting and waiting without eating anything, he apologizes. The staff demonstrated a completely disinterested attitude towards the customer, various solutions could have been found, rather than having a customer leave their premises at 10.40pm without having eaten anything. You don't treat customers like that.
