I and my partner were in this coffee, which I already knew and loved, for the aperitif, on a cloudy day. We asked for two glasses of sparkling wine. I realized that mine had lost some effervescence, but I didn't say anything. The waitress came to ask me, after observing my expression, if he was degased.
