Domino's Pizza - Cerritos

I had a fantastic experience ordering delivery from this restaurant yesterday. I placed my order during lunchtime and received my food in just 20 minutes. The service was incredibly fast, and the online ordering process was very easy. It seems that they may have been a bit slower on other days, based on what others have said, but my pizza arrived hot and exactly as I ordered it, so I couldn’t be happier with that. However, I do find the delivery charge to be quite unreasonable. According to the driver, they don’t receive that fee, which makes me wonder if it’s just a way to add an extra $5 to the normal price.

I often find myself tossing more than half of my pizza in the trash because it's not cooked properly. I always choose the well-done option, but they consistently fail to deliver. Perhaps it's time for me to look for a new place.

I’m really disappointed because I didn’t receive my dipping sauces—neither the ones that come with the food nor the extra ones I ordered. I’m pretty sure I’m being charged for them too. This is the second time this has happened at this location out of three orders, and it’s not great.

This location has consistently delivered a great experience. I typically place my order online for pickup. Since the new gym opened nearby, parking has become a bit challenging, but it gives me the chance to earn my pizza by walking!

I found the service to be quite unprofessional and rude during my visit. As a long-time Domino's customer, I sincerely hope for improvements, as I'd like to enjoy a friendly experience each time I come in. Unfortunately, some of the staff, including the manager, displayed disrespectful behavior. Thankfully, there are other Domino's locations nearby that I can choose from.
