I recommend it whenever I can. For some people, Dry Rub is a very delicate seasoning to like... some prefer it sweeter and others more spicy. The mix that this place sought is a balance of both in order to please the largest possible audience. It must be taken into account that the restaurant specializes in meat, but it is not a Sunday barbecue , it is not beer and meat with only coarse salt. Everything is very particular, the flavor and consistency are delicate, bittersweet exists in all the flavors. The service is fantastic and the agility is impressive.
