Bistro Racek - Cerna v Posumavi

Visited this bistro and had a great experience. The service was friendly and the roasted ribs were delicious, generously wrapped with meat and reasonably priced. Can't think of anything to add. Thank you!

What is sold under the name of kofola (0.5 per 45, kofola really is not.

Unfortunately, the standards are completely outdated. The rooms are very narrow, the beds are only moderately comfortable, and the bathroom looks like it's from the communist era. The fitness room is not exactly a highlight and is in desperate need of renovation. Additionally, the sauna requires an extra fee, which was not mentioned on the website, and the boards are shaky due to improper installation. The hot tub was broken and unusable, despite us having paid for it, and it was a key factor in our booking decision. The waiter was very friendly, and the breakfast was good (especially the ham and eggs), but the lunch was disappointing. The older lady at the reception was extremely unfriendly and was unable to communicate in English or German, which is generally unacceptable for any hospitality business. To top it all off, she had the audacity to ask for double the price for sauna use than what was agreed upon.
