Only restaurant opened on Monday noon, we enjoyed the reception and the kitchen. The oysters were excellent, fleshy and tasted. The home foie gras was very good too, a hair too salty and peppery for me, but it's a personal taste business. The rest of the meal was just as good, I had the last calf blanquette, because they also take care if you want the dish of the day, at the opening it can no longer stay or very little.
