Blu Lotus - Ceres

While I waited for my surprise dish, I asked Sophear if they offered any beers. She explained that they were still working on getting their license, but suggested I speak with the lady at the bar for more information. I approached the bar and met Rattana, one of the owners. She told me they were in the process of obtaining their beer and wine license, and she planned to apply for a liquor license next. We talked for about ten minutes, and during our conversation, I noticed a man, who appeared to be the chef, looking back and forth between us as if he wanted to say something but didn’t want to interrupt. I pointed him out to Rattana and asked if he was the chef. She replied, "That's my husband, and yes, he is the chef, Lee." I introduced myself and inquired about the dish he had prepared for me. Lee informed me it was a fish dish and hoped I would enjoy it. The dish was perfectly balanced with spice, sweetness, and a hint of sourness, just like authentic Thai food should be. It included shrimp, mussels, calamari, scallops, catfish, green beans, spinach, and peppers, all seasoned with fish sauce. It was served with a side of rice, which I happily mixed into every bite. This was, without a doubt, the best Thai food I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried Thai cuisine in many different cities. If you haven't been to this restaurant yet, you must go. And if you have, make sure to return soon. I want to see this place thrive so we can continue enjoying high-quality Thai food in the Central Valley. Cheers!

I ordered Tom Yum Soup, Larb in the Laos style, Papaya Salad, Seafood Radina, Seafood Delight, Spicy Noodles, BBQ Meatballs, and Pad Thai Egg Rolls, and everything was delicious! I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes from the menu.

Absolutely fantastic! The stuffed chicken wings from the home menu, Tao general chicken, Blu Lotus roasted rice, potstickers, and calamari were all incredibly delicious. The service was exceptional, and there’s a great variety to choose from, whether you prefer spicy or not. There's truly something for everyone!

Just discovered this place a few weeks ago and I'm back for more. Fast food, amazing taste and sweet staff! We'll make this a regular place!

Best Thai food I have had in this area. We love their Blu Lotus fried rice...green curry was great, the pad thai basically every dish we have tried has been great.
