La Table D'oreste - Centuri

The dish we had was great: filled sardines coated in a crisp tempura battery with delicious vyoghur and a roast tomato. the desert a selection of local cheese with cowardly jams and a baba were also delicious. great view from the terrace and a...friendly owner/cook!

This place is operated by a few that offers a quite interesting concept: a fixed menu without other choice! (but several choices of desserts) let us be clear it is lush ... the service can be seen as chaotic, but it is... contribute to the whole charm of the place. by the way, the view of the sunset is stunning! (compulsory)

In summary it was fresh food, well prepared, well presented and delicious. we had driven around cap corse and by the late afternoon la table d'oreste, who had a board outside the advertisement a plate du jour. we tried to avoid eating...a lot of the ubiquitous pizzerias and rejoiced that a simple alternative. the menu seemed to be on the plate du jour (but see note below) that was tasting, but it sounded exactly what we wanted, and included dings like fresh salad, tomato, pfirsich, radishes, olives, salat wobbles, charcoal, cheese, polnta, beignets filled with local cheese, I had started to eat. we enjoyed the intention of the veranda. that made the sun became uncomfortable and we moved to an adjacent table that was more shaded and had much the same view.

Le lieu, le patron et l'assiette : tout est fantastique.Bon goût, simplicité et convivialité.On mange au gré de l'inspiration du chef.Génial !

Restaurant simple, vue magnifique, patron adorable on se croirait chez nous... P'tite terrasse avec une vue sur la Vallée... Plat unique (dos de cabillaud et ses légumes... hummm) avec une Pietra bien fraiche, extra. Ma fille a pris une assiette de charcuterie avec des tomates... Pour le prix pas déçu je recommande vraiment !
