Sendo - Centro Pitillal

Venir a este local fue toda una experiencia. No suelo comer mariscos, pero aquí probé cosas que nunca pensé que podría degustar. Todo estaba delicioso; pensé que, al ser alimentos del mar, tendrían un sabor demasiado salado, pero, por el contrario, sentí sabores que nunca había experimentado y las combinaciones estaban perfectamente elaboradas. Se nota que los chefs tienen experiencia en el rubro, ya que preparan los platos frente a ti con una delicadeza extraordinaria, mostrando su arte en todo su esplendor. Este lugar es un imperdible en Puerto Vallarta.

What a great experience. They take great care to make sure you enjoy every moment here. The service was exceptional. The food was delightful. It was a very authentic sushi experience. Each piece was made with such delicacy and care. Definitely not your run of the mill sushi restaurant. This is sushi fine dining!

El mejor lugar de sushi en Puerto Vallarta, en mi opinión. Muy parecido al sushi tradicional de la Asociación México-Japonesa en CDMX. Todo el personal es muy amable y el servicio es rápido.

I took out salmon ikura maki sushi. The place has three different omakase. So I was excited to experience their regular maki is like. It says “salmon ikura” but it was an ordinal north American sushi with ikura on top. It was just good, not amazing. I was actually disappointed as I expected a bit more of authenticity or creativity for the price.

We arrived around 8:30 on a tuesday evening. we were the only people in the restaurant so we received a very wonderful omakase experience. we both had two handrolls each and shared three rolls. the final roll pictured was a special roll that is not on the menu. everything is delicious and the staff is kind!
