Pho Bistro - Centreville

Will not come here again. This place isn?t authentic at all. The spring rolls weren?t fully cooked. The waiter did not stop by at all other than to drop off the food, and it wasn?t busy.. the place was pretty much empty. I had to get up myself to ask for the check. Also WAY TOO OVERPRICED! Watch out asking for a side of any meats..

Disappointing dinner. I ordered delivery. The Pho Seafood did not have much seafood, and it had a questionable smell and texture. Even the veggies were scarce. The vegetarian broth was flavorful (for vegetable broth). I do not recommend.

Pho Bistro was my go to place for Pho over 10 years. However, past few visits been extremely disappointing. First of all, servers were very rude and they seemed very unhappy serving our table. We order two just noodles for my kid and my wife. As you can see on the picture, two of same orders but one is extremely smaller portion compared to other one. I can see why this place is not as busy as it used to be.

Please, do yourself a huge favor, go eat there. I was greeted immediately, and I knew what I wanted so I told the waiter an order of summer rolls, and eye round pho with tendon. The rolls were so fresh,, soft and moist. Dipped in the peanut sauce was divine. The soup was so hot and flavorful. The tendon was thinly sliced and plentiful. The flavor and textures just put me in a great mood and my hunger was satisfied. I brought leftovers home and drank the rest of my broth that

Soups are just so so. Ordered Pad Thai with chicken, got Vermicelli with chicken. Pasta was all stuck together and resembled ball of yarn. Good luck with ordering might want to repeat several times for accuracy!
