Hwang's Tofu - Centreville

Soy marinated blue crab Short quality was really good. I enjoyed mixing them with my rice and making them all super clean. Military soup ‡ was good, how can someone do it with boodaejjigae anyway and especially their name is boodaejjigae, so I was confident to order this menu. Her seafood pancake was not good. We couldn't stop it, so if I ever bless, I would visit somewhere else. The owners were really nice, I would try again for their marinated crab and other dishes!

The fermented blue crab was really good. I'd come back, but I probably wouldn't get Cheongguk Jang back. It was decent, but I would like to try other menu items like her soondubu stew.

I love this ganjang gaejang or soy marinated crab. It was not too fishy and the price was not too expensive. It's usually expensive to eat in Korea and I didn't even expect me to eat this food in the USA. Yus

Your Bibim Naengmyun is pretty good. The best I've ever had in Northern VA. It may look a little watery, but it is just a good amount of noodles that push the sauce.
