Bella Sicilia - Centre Hall

I love this restaurant. The food is delicious, the staff is wonderful, and I can't get enough of the house dressing. The bread is always fresh and the sauces are made with imported tomatoes. The only downside is that the same dish can be inconsistent - sometimes the vodka sauce is creamy with a little kick, but other times there is hardly any sauce to dip the bread in and it is extremely spicy, as if they accidentally added too much red pepper.

The food at this restaurant is good, but I have had a negative experience with the owner. My son interviewed for a job there and was hired by Mike on the spot. Even though my son already had a full-time job, he wanted something closer to home so he agreed to join the team. Mike knew about my son's current job and asked him to give a 2-week notice. My son worked for two days and really enjoyed it, thinking it was a great opportunity. However, each time he tried to confirm his next shift, Mike would brush him off saying he would call if he needed him. He never did. Now my son is jobless and hasn't been paid for the work he did. If Mike thought my son wasn't a good fit for the job, that's understandable, but he should have communicated that instead of hiring him just to discard him. It's disappointing and unprofessional.

I really love this restaurant. The food is amazing and the staff is fantastic. I especially enjoy their house dressing and the freshly baked bread. All the sauces are made with imported tomatoes, which is a nice touch. The only downside is that the consistency of one particular dish has been inconsistent. One time the vodka sauce was creamy with a slight kick, but another time there was no sauce at the bottom of the bowl for dipping bread, and it was extremely spicy. It seemed like they accidentally added too much red pepper.
