Website says that are open and close at 9 and that they opened up on March 1st came at 7 and they are closed

Came all the way from summerville because website said they were open and closed at 9pm, it’s currently 7pm and they’re closed, WASTE OF DIESEL FUEL AND TIME!!!

We ordered Buffalo chicken dip nachos, a pickle, a milkshake, and an extreme milkshake. The pickle we received was not the crispy variety; it was soft and a bit mushy, but that wasn't a major issue. However, the extreme milkshake we ordered was supposed to be a banana split flavor. After discussing our order with the staff and looking at the extreme milkshake section on their menu, we placed our order and paid. After a wait, they handed us a regular banana split milkshake. When my husband pointed out that we specifically wanted the extreme milkshake, we showed them a picture from their online menu. They asked if we minded if they blended the bananas into it, to which I said that was fine. However, they also informed us that we would have to pay extra, even though it was their mistake, and we complied. When we finally received our "extreme milkshake," it was nothing like the picture. It was quite runny, tasted more like a smoothie, and even the nuts had been blended in. My husband was told that if they had known it was a banana split milkshake from the start, it would have looked different. I didn't care about the appearance, but the taste was disappointing, and I felt let down. We made it clear to the staff that there had been a mix-up, but the customer service could have been much better given that it was their error. Personally, I would not have charged a customer extra for a mistake like that, and I would have offered them a fresh extreme milkshake instead of just blending everything together and serving it in a jar.

We had some really delicious ice cream, especially the banana splits, which were fantastic. The staff is also very friendly!

The food and dessert are outstanding, and the staff are always friendly.
