Great food for a decent price in consideration of the portions.

I highly recommend trying the sofritas at Knowledge Chipotle. It's a great option to have in a rice bowl with black beans, corn, salsa, and guacamole. This location can get a bit crowded depending on the day and time of year, but that's to be expected since it's located in an outdoor outlet mall.

I don't blame the staff at all! The Commons is one of the busiest places and this particular food spot is always bustling. In addition to being vegan, I have a dairy allergy that I have to be very cautious about. I repeatedly asked the server to watch out for cheese, but I still found bits of it in my food. When I returned the dish and explained my allergy, the manager kindly remade it for me and even gave me some guacamole and chips. So just a heads up to be cautious.

The food at this restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced, especially considering the generous portion sizes.
