Bidrage med feedbackI don’t normally leave bad reviews, and i go here all the time (i even worked at this location) but i had plastic in my mexican pizza and multiple burritos made incorrectly. the service was very nice, everything was labeled and friendly staff but almost every time i go to this taco bell at least one thing is either missing or made incorrectly. the plastic in the food was the last straw for me
Worst customer service I have seen. They were hooting and hollering about their drive thru service. Not paying attention to the quality of their food. I ordered chicken tacos and there was beef in there. When I came back to tell them of the error. They were dumb founded.Took forever to get a refund for one taco. They should have offered something for their mistake, but I was so turned off I won't be returning there.
I come here every work day, and I get the same order (Cheesy Double Beef Burrito). The portion size has just been getting smaller and smaller; to the point today I got 2 of the double beef burritos, both of them were just floppy, they were really just tortillas with a little rice and cheese, they didn't even have any beef, red-chips or beans.The Taco bell in White City is a lot better
I visited on the night of new year and ordered food because everything else was closed. I had a pretty large order and they forgot to give me my mexican pizza. I mean I paid nearly 120 dollars and you forget my mexican pizza. But besides that, pretty good. Ill change my review to 5 stars if I can get my mexican pizza that I paid for. My boyfriend and i come to this location about once a week for our cheat meal and quite literally EVERY time we go they forget something. sometimes it’s the nacho cheese sometimes it’s an entire chalupa. most of the time they can’t make the order right, i can’t eat tomatoes and they’ll put tomatoes after i asked for them off, or they wont add steak that we paid extra to have. just so tired of dealing with this every single time. it can’t be hard to read a screen and make an order correctly but whoever they hire obviously can’t do it. will be going to a different location from now on.
