Pierside Pub & Grill - Central Elgin

In the afternoon they had great band; menu was abit small, but the cash was great. when ppl starts to get information about this location, they can't get a place.

This bar has amazing live music with no cover every sunday throughout the spring and summer. It is located close to the beach and offers pub food at a reasonable price

The waiter was extremely impolite and our food took over an hour to arrive. Avoid this restaurant.

My partner and I went to Pierside Pub over the long weekend. My partner got caught in a rainstorm and we decided to seek refuge at the pub. The waitress we had was incredibly rude to everyone she interacted with. She made an announcement to the patrons sitting in the bar area that they had to wear masks at all times, but then corrected herself and said it was only necessary when they were moving around, not while they were seated at their tables. It was ridiculous to hear her say this, especially since she was the only one not wearing a mask. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

This restaurant is a hidden gem that is popular with locals, but many people I spoke to had traveled far to visit. The entertainment was fantastic, the wine selection was impressive, and there was always someone to chat with. The food, while typical pub fare, was extremely delicious and consistently well-prepared. I found it to be a relaxing break from work and a great place to unwind. I highly recommend it!
