Everything would have been fine if it weren't for the small drain flies all around the shop, our table and around our foods. Couldn't eat in peace Whatsoever as we were far too busy trying to get the flies out of our faces. There were absolutely loads. Sad to say it ruined our experience.

Absolutely love this place..lovely desserts to suit every taste..their milkshakes are thick and tasty and the waffles..I would recommend this place for a treat to your self or with friends

Desert selection is good but their seating arrangement is not great so you might find yourself waiting with children whilst someone has an ice-cream on their own in a table that fits 6 to 8 people.

This is a nice dessert place, they serve perfect sweet treats to hit the spot. Their waffles and crepes are especially nice. I've been coming here for many years now and I have no complaints. The service is pretty good as the desserts come out quite quickly despite even if they're quite busy. With all the restaurants around this place is ideal to finish off the meal. I highly recommend Creams.

This place is just the worst dessert shop I have ever been to so far. Waited to be server after approximately 10mins even though there was no queue. The customer service was totally unacceptable. Even though I was the only person on the cashier to be served they took forever. They didn’t even apologise for the delay. However, after placing my order and paying for it, me and my partner waited for the dessert for around a good 15mins. I ordered a strawberry indulgence with extra cream and for my partner I ordered a cookie and cream ice cream. The cookie and cream ice cream arrived first. After waiting for another 5mins my waffle arrived. We wanted to start having our desserts together but didn’t go as planned. However, the waffle and ice cream was alright, nothing special to be honest. They tasted the same as ‘Afters’ and ‘Kaspas’. No difference what so ever. This place is simply not a place to come to if you love your desserts! I would totally not recommend this place.
