Smashburger - Central Dr, Hornchurch

Service and food couldn?t be worse! Ordered a harvest salad with turkey patty which is on their menu, got charged for salad and a turkey burger and an extra patty, ordered dressing on the side, salad came soaked in dressing. Turkey patty should be called salt patty it was inedible there was so much salt. Horrible experience.

I think this may be among some best burgers you can get at airport fast food stores. Everything tastes fresh, good flavors and fries are crispy. At least from my experiences on airport fast food, this is the best so far.

I?ve had a lot of burgers in my life and a lot of fast food burgers in that. This was one of the blandest burgers I?ve ever had. The smash tots were over seasoned but otherwise fine. Honestly pretty disappointed in the burger here. Wendy?s dollar menu taste better than this pomace.

I work at the airport and anytime of the day you go to get a shake they say no shake. Too lazy to make it. The machine works properly. Always on their phone and extremely rude customer service. A bunch of immature kiddos working. Getting the day pass.

Located at Terminal B, before TSA security check point .Good burger. Got double burger. Patty were seasoned good.Sweet potato fries was spot on!! Service was fast friendly.
