Morrisons - Central Dr, Hornchurch

Good range of products, but best of all, they have kept their fresh food counters open(deli, bakery, butchers, etc) unlike all the other supermarkets.

Ok my experience in Morrisons at area for was very disappointing not only were most of the shelves near enough empty and did not have the products that I needed so needed to go elsewhere to do shopping when I actually got to the teal instead of going through self-scan I decided to use one of the tills manned by a cashier I had not even put my shopping onto the belt when she started to put my products through when I asked her politely could she just wait a moment until I got myself sorted she proceeded to continue to scan my products through when I finally put everything on the belt end to start packing I asked her again politely to stop I need you to pack my shopping away as a cashier myself I can understand did you just want to put the products through but all you're doing is making people go to self-scan and you're making people lose their jobs by being so rude and not listening to your customer therefore I will probably not be using Morrisons anymore it is very rare that you find a cashier on the tills these days I know this I work for a train of supermarket. But was so disappointed with the lack of service and then to continue laughing with the customer behind me was very unacceptable considering how much money you spend in these shops these days. make your shopping experience a bit more pleasurable by being a bit more nice so disappointed.
