We arrived at our reserved time, only to be met with a very rude response informing us that they don’t accept reservations and wouldn’t honor our OpenTable reservation. We had taken a shuttle across town, which made it even more disappointing. I recommend avoiding reservations here; it would have been less frustrating if they had handled the situation with a bit more courtesy.

At the time of our reservation displayed and was very rudely said they do not take any reservations and will not be our open table res. we had to take a shuttle to the city, so it was quite unhappy. do not book here. it would have been less a hit if they were even a little nice.

We went to my birthday on December 30th and didn't know it was a holiday dinner. it was a limited choice of 4 curs meal. eating was just okay and very overpriced

We had to wait about twenty minutes to be seated so I was a little upset. I understand everyone is not properly staffed so I was patient. Service also was slow but once again they seemed short staffed. The food experience made up for the wait. We ordered the bone in rib eye and two lobster tails. The steak was cooked perfectly and was just right. The lobster was magnificent. Cook just right and melted in your mouth. The price for this quality of food was excellent. We come up here once a month to spend the night. I will make it a point to dine at the Grand Bistro every time we are here.

We were so excited to eat here for our anniversary. The menu looked amazing and our waitress was very friendly. The restaurant was not full but our meal took a long time. Our steaks were very over cooked and the mashed potatoes were dry. Other people at our table enjoyed the bison and said it was delicious, wish my husband and I would have ordered that.
