Domino's Pizza - Central City

I have started to branch out and try new things, which is a big step for me as a picky eater. Every time I have ordered from Domino's in Central City, KY, it has been consistently excellent!

I have never experienced such poor service at a restaurant before. I ordered a cheese pizza with jalapeno and pineapple toppings, but they mistakenly put jalapeno and pepperoni on it instead. As a vegetarian, I could not eat that kind of pizza. This is not just a one-time issue, as they consistently make the wrong pizza for me.

If you drive through to get your order they usually pull it right out of the oven. On August 2nd 2022 I ordered dinner about 7:00 p.m.. I understood is going to take him a while to get to me and it's probably a staffing issue. They pulled it outaccording to their app of the oven at around 9:15 and by the time it was delivered it was 45 minutes later. I don't want toreport it on the national site but I am going to call this morning and say something to them directly. I'm going to request areplacement and credit. It cost me over $30 for two pasta dinners and a salad by the time I had a small tip and delivery chargesand boxing charges and whatever else they add on. It was the 5.99 and 6.99 deals. My math it just didn't add up to over $30 butI guess that's the price you pay for convenience.

I have had a great experience with this restaurant. The delivery drivers are always on time and friendly. The food is consistently hot and delicious. I believe in being generous and have found that it enhances overall enjoyment of my dining experience.

The staff informed me that there might be a delay, but I trust that my order will be delivered as soon as possible.
