My wife and I decided to stop by the retail park for some shopping, and she suggested grabbing a drink at the M S cafe. Initially, I was hesitant as our previous experiences had been disappointing, resulting in 1 and 2 star reviews. However, since it was the only option for drinks in the area, I reluctantly agreed. To my surprise, this visit was a vast improvement. The server was polite, friendly, and helpful, even offering to assist us to our table with our tray. In the past, we had to ask for help and were often ignored or met with rudeness. It seems like M S has made a positive change in their customer service, which is great to see. I would give this visit 4 stars, but some tables were not cleared and cleaned. It was a minor issue, but still worth mentioning. Overall, a much better experience than before.

My wife and I visited a restaurant on the afternoon of 22/9/22. A young waiter served us cappuccino and tea. He asked if we wanted chocolate on our coffee, to which I said yes and asked for help carrying the tray to our table. The waiter responded angrily and walked off, leaving me to carry the tray with two hot drinks all the way to our table using only my left hand, as I walked with my walking stick in the other hand. Another customer witnessed the incident and was also appalled. It is disappointing to see that staff at the restaurant have no interest in assisting disabled customers.

We hadn't visited this restaurant since October 2021 and last time we only gave it a 2-star review. However, when we decided to visit again on Sunday 24/4/22, we were pleasantly surprised by the improvement. We appreciated the offer of assistance with our tray to our table without having to ask. Unfortunately, we encountered difficulty in finding a clean table, as many were still stacked with dirty dishes and had crumbs and other debris on them. It seems that the restaurant is not adhering to proper Covid cleaning standards. Overall, despite this issue, we would have given a full five stars.

Had a meeting here on Saturday 5th February. The cafe was extremely busy but once we were able to find an empty table, The Cafe Assisstant Jacqueline came over aw iped the table clean after the previous customers had left. Jacqueline served our table with all the food was friendly and courteous. The food was a good standard and we will meet there again in the future

My wife and I visited M&S cafe, Bigglewade, on the afternoon of Friday 29/10/2021 for a quick drink when we were shopping. We ordered a Cappucinno and a tea and two packets of mini biscuits. My wife walks with a walker and I use a walking stick. We were given our order, which was placed on a tray, and I asked the girl that served us if we could have some help to with the tray. She just gave me a gormless look and then went off to serve the next person leaving my wife to walk over to a table and me to follow walking with my stick in my right hand and carrying the tray with just my left hand. Difficult and not too safe for someone almost 70 years old !
