Country Cousins Barbecue - Centerville

The food was great! I ordered a quarter plate of brisket, but I found it difficult to eat since I only had a fork and no knife. The sauce was delicious!

It's always a great day when we visit this place! The service is outstanding, and the food is incredible! I highly recommend the turkey sandwich and banana pudding—they're both delicious. It has a cozy, inviting vibe, and the owners even pitch in by cooking and clearing tables!

The food is consistently amazing, and the service is excellent. I have never experienced any issues here. The chicken fried steak is particularly delicious, and the chopped baked potato and beef sandwich are great choices as well. You can order one dish or buy one or two pounds to share with others. It's definitely worth it!

Unfortunately it's not every day you walk into a place of business in Texas to a staff that's eager to help, but that's not a problem they have here. The hospitality is real in this establishment and it's definitely sets the pace for the most slammin' BBQ you can find on this stretch of highway in Texas. I stop here every time, never disappointed.
