Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Centerton

Major props for being the only fast food in Centerton that is consistently good. Others should take notes.

I love their smoothies sometimes, but ive been coming here since they’ve opened and always end up sitting in the drive thru for 30 mins when there is only 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. Rarely I get lucky and get my 1 smoothie within 5 mins while sitting at the window, but tend to end up waiting 10-15 mins. Not a great place for a quick stop before work.

Flies everywhere! The dirt on the floors in the kitchen is unbelievable the chicken comes from a bag that's left out until all used and smoothies are made without gloves and fruit and supplements are touched by hands that are rarely washed. And Lets not begin with the trash in the smoothie drain on the ground next to the blenders that's never cleaned!! The workers (kids) who work are horribly rude and preppy who don't even train you to know how to work the computers or cook/make smoothies and when u work there u barely get hours and barely any good pay leaving you with 30$ at the end of 2 weeks. Just an awful place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!

Walked in at 8:07 pm online says open until 9 the staff was verbally annoyed that we came in we advised them there open sign was off and they laughed and said ya we are not turning it back on either. This is disgusting this location shows an attitude of not wanting to serve the clients. Please get this addressed it's pretty disappointing none of the other nwa locations show this behavior to the customers.

Had an anomaly of an experience this morning. Ordered 2 southwest wraps, a chia boost smoothie and an island greens smoothie. Neither of the smoothies were great, which is odd, but even more odd is that the wraps tasted old. The eggs were like mashed potatoes, runny and uncooked. The tomato was overly soft and fell apart when I tried to pick it up. When I called to express concern I was told that the eggs come from a bag and the same person cooks then every morning. I expressed that they tasted old and she told me they were made fresh. On top of this, no offer was made to correct the situation. Only a sorry about that comment was made. We 've never experienced this here, but the lack of caring ensures we don 't visit this particular location again.
