Eichten's Market - Center City

One of my favorite spots to buy cheese in Minnesota. Unfortunately, it was closed when we visited, but I plan to go back soon.

Fantastic spot with an excellent variety of gourmet meats and cheeses. Definitely worth the visit!

Eichten's always offers an outstanding selection of cheeses and meats. We've visited multiple times to grab a variety of items to enjoy as we explore the area. Their mustards and jams have also been delicious.

Went to pick up brats nah hot dogs bummer that the restaurant isn't open or no buffalo roaming the field behind the store

My husband and I recently got new bikes and decided to ride the bike trail from Shafer to Eichtens Market. The ride was quite pleasant! Although we were a bit let down that they didn't have fried cheese curds available, we followed their recommendation for lunch, which included salami, cheese, and crackers, paired with some excellent beer. They even sliced the cheese and buffalo sausage for us and opened our beers! They have really great honey mustard, too. We enjoyed our meal on the front patio while watching the stream of vehicles passing by. It was a lovely experience!
