Bidrage med feedbackCustomer service was awful. Told the girl I wanted two açaí bowls, said they didn?t have strawberries and what I wanted to replace it with. (This I didn?t mind, I know places sometimes run out of stuff). Told her I?d do extra coconut for one. She must of not heard me or idk or as prior experiences just wanted to be rude because she got a customer idk, they were dead before I got there. Anyway what annoyed me was the way she answered back with attitude ?You only ordered one.? I told her no, I wanted two and the whole time just being rude. We pull up to the drive thru window, wait 20 minutes!!!! For two açaí bowls, there were no customers inside and this I am certain of because they had a sign that said lobby not open only drive thru. The wait time was RIDICULOUS. We finally get our açaí bowls and they are not filled up as they typically are, the açaí is literally less than halfway full!! I?ve gotten these before and know how they serve them. Mine was very watery for some reason and my boyfriends was very dark and had a thick consistency. Must to say the flavors were really off. It?s my bad too for continuing to come here but every time I come seems like everyone is just in a mood, having unnecessary and uncalled for attitude. I?ve hesitated writing my past experiences before but this one just did it. If you need to drive a little further to get Jamba I?d suggest do that instead. I have no idea how this place is still open.
I stood in the lobby, workers weren 't busy at all. None greeted me. After about 5 minutes of staring them down, I got loud I 'm sorry is anyone ready to take an order or what? . Afterwards, smoothie was watery and gross. Absolute trashy service. Will never come back to this store.
I got the a medium aloha pineapple. It is super good but I little pricy for a smoothie. It was a little annoying though, because the person in front of me was sitting there for a long time waiting for their drinks. Jamba was moving a little slow for not really having anybody inside.
The whole point of ordering ahead is for it to be ready when I get there... not for 3 employees to be having a pow-wow in the back while I wait 17 mins AFTER my order was suppose to be ready... you know, when I actually arrived in-store for them to even start my order... simply unbelievable???????
If you need to kill 30mins of your day, stop on in. Even after coming here multiple times, the wait is always 30mins or more. Came back to update. Staff still trash. Drive through is as fast as watching paint dry.
