Chipotle Mexican Grill - Centennial

I visit this restaurant nearly every workday. I really appreciate the staff; they always resolve any issues with my orders.

The food here is excellent and the staff is friendly. However, if you plan to dine here, you might prefer eating in your car instead. The space is quite dirty, with every table needing attention, and customers are expected to clean their own tables. With a bit of responsibility and some guidance from management, this place could improve quickly. It has the potential to thrive with the right focus and effort, especially given the annual revenue of $150k.

In July 2022, we found parking to be quite convenient. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to see that it wasn't as busy as we had anticipated. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was commendable. The women's restroom had a single stall. As for the food and service, they were on par with the Chipotle locations we've been to before. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Bon appétit!

I wish I could have read the reviews before I came to this place. this is my first time ever writing a review and I am sad that it is a bad one. I don't even want to sit a star. I had very bad customer service. the server I had was very rude and disobeyable. I told her what I wanted to hire my job and she put it differently. when I told her how I wanted the order she didn't hear, and I pointed out politely, and she said, "not to eat" in a respectful tone. After I told her that, it was rude to say that she turned me off. I never had done this at different places with me. my daughter loves chipotle, so we often go there. after the words when I went to call this place to talk to the manager, I wait 10 minutes on the phone, but there was no answer. so I write this review. I hope they can read these reviews and trigger everything.

If there were such thing as 0 stars i would give this chipotle that. I work down the street and have tried coming here 3-4 different times and every time they are rude af. Horrible customer service, rude people, quality of food is horrible. Their steak always looks like beef jerky its so dry and when asking them to correct my burrito and rewrap it because it's falling apart they gave attitude and were very unprofessional. Need new management or something because it's definitely the worst chipotle i have ever visited.
