Big Bill's New York Pizza - Centennial

I'm an East Coast pizza enthusiast and I've been living in Denver for six years without finding a decent pizza. I stopped by this place on Friday and was thrilled with the pizza they served me; I thought I had finally found my go-to spot. However, when I grabbed a pizza again on Sunday morning before the Steelers game, I was really let down. It tasted nothing like the one I had on Friday—it felt like a completely different pizza. The cheese, the dough, and the absence of what us East Coasters call "pizza gravy" were all disappointing. I'm not sure if the amazing pizza I had on Friday was a fluke or if the lousy one I had today was the exception. It's frustrating that nobody in Colorado seems to be able to consistently make great pizza.

The pizza here is delicious! I had to wait about 30-40 minutes to be seated, but the place is quite popular, and the staff works well together to serve all the tables. The pizza was really good, and the salads were generous in size. However, I wasn't a fan of the bread or the garlic knots.

The service deserves a perfect 10 stars. The food is also a perfect 10. The atmosphere is enjoyable for the entire family.

The worker Elcides is very good cook he makes amazing food same as all the other workers

Excellent New York style pizza. Crust is thin and crispy yet tender with just the right amount of pull. I was really impressed
