Little Caesars Pizza - Cedar Springs

This place is an absolute disappointment. I was hoping for an improvement with the new ownership, but it hasn't gotten any better. The staff is rude and condescending; they even insulted us for buying six bags of breadsticks, which could have helped their business. We were just trying to feed a few kids, and the disrespect we encountered was appalling. We will definitely not be returning.

I placed my order at 6:54 PM and after 25 minutes, I started inquiring about when it would be ready. The staff seemed unsure, and by then, the customers who had ordered before me had already left. After waiting for 30 minutes without any updates, I requested a refund. It was processed at 7:33 PM, and I was informed that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in my account.

The food is consistently great and my order has been correct almost every time. One time, I received a free pizza even though I didn’t request anything.

Only a friendly reminder to the employees who work there tonight, 8/11/22 that this is a small shop and the customers can hear you speak and be rude about their order. You should be happy that it's a big order, and you have a job. When I placed my order, I heard that the staff in the kitchen says that is a great order. I wanted to pick up my order and the guy at the counter started screaming, where is the order with the ridiculous amount of bread sticks? Wow, you feel special?

Parking is a challenge when it is busy. The Pizza is good. We come here for the hot and ready special which is very reasonable compared to other pizza places in Cedar.
