The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious.

I ordered from the door thath of them, but they use thier drivers I understand the roads were bad, they took 45 minutes to call and the ordered canceled. then they did not invalidate, they said they had finished the commands as they used them own drivers I had to call them thry lady what rudely said she was invalid, but did not so I called door dash and they will me my money back in 6 days the doordash did not understand why they said that the try has completed the order. So I called jimmy johns back and asked about the angry, it was the rude person again and she said they didn't understand door that I ordered a lot never complained to me and day they ended the order when they don't bring now, I have to wait days for refund and my children are ingwer that we had to place to preset for another

7 times ago I went there and asked for no salate and tomato that they would always leave there. only recently, they all have taken off nicely, except only salate. they also take very long compared to other jimmy johns in the city.

Writing from an in-store purchase: felt very uncomfortable with the profane music that was blaring while waiting for food on 11/13/21 (12:44pm 12:52pm). Fortunately, there weren't kids in the store, as the music was completely inappropriate for that audience. Order was incorrect (blaring music probably made it hard to hear order when it was placed), but it was fixed with relative ease. Hopefully employees/managers pay closer attention to the appropriateness of the music when there are customers dining in.
