They where super fast and helped me with some additional things that I needed!??

Food was good, service was definitely not good. I'm a big fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but don't normally visit this location. My order took much longer than normal and then smoothies arrived 5 or more minutes AFTER the food. I had to ask for our smoothies twice, before getting them. Salsa was involved as I had a quesadilla order, so I had spicy food and nothing to drink, which was not fun. I will stick with the other location on Cypress moving forward.

Have no idea where the negative reviews are coming from. I've gone here for lunch pretty much every single Monday through Friday for the past year or so, they haven't let me down a single time. Fantastic customer service, great food, and great prices. 11/10

They come out with the correct order every time and they're pretty accurate and fast Plus the smoothies are delicious.
