I am a fan of the Alamo brand, however, I find the seats to be less comfortable compared to other competitors like AMC or Regal where the seats are wider and recline. The menu at Alamo is in need of an update as it is outdated and unexciting, with dishes often not cooked well. The fries are consistently either soggy or overcooked. One positive aspect is the bottomless popcorn bowl. An annoyance is the retro and "psychedelic" trailers shown by the Alamo team, which can come off as boring and outdated, especially for those with vertigo. Additionally, there are no senior prices available, which is disappointing.

The sound on the Barbie movie was absolutely mind-blowing. Was that 9.1 or something more? So perfect! And the service for food beverages was stellar. Not only steller, but silent... or quiet! Excellent!! So glad we came to this place to watch that movie.

A nice Alamo location near other businesses, so it's easy to go out to eat before or after a movie if you aren't seeing a movie during a meal time and eating at the theater. Staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable, and service is pretty quick!

I love this place. Always an amazing experience and a great facility. They recently started forcing you to pay 18% tip regardless of service. I always pay more tip than that, but it irks me when I'm forced to. I'll stop ordering food there as much. I wish they paid their employees more instead of forcing us to.

After recovering from the impact of covid-19, this restaurant has made some changes. It was a pleasant experience returning after such a long time. Overall, the experience was good, although the chairs could use an update. The cost of dining here is reasonable for the atmosphere, and there is now a service charge in place of tips. However, this change may have affected the quality of service. While I appreciate not having to worry about tipping, I was disappointed by not being able to get a refill on my soda and feeling neglected when given the check instead. It may have been an oversight, as my meal was also missing a side dish, which was eventually provided. The food, in general, was decent, with the wings being particularly excellent. I will give this restaurant another try in the future.
