Island Room At Cedar Cove - Cedar Key

We always make sure to dine at the Island Room whenever we can. Even though our dinners didn't meet the usual high standards we are used to, we still had a lovely evening.

Always a very nice dining experience. Impeccable staff and service. Quality dishes for discerning pallets. Unpretentious atmosphere with clean crisp lines. Casual relaxed mood for friends, business and intimate occasions. Peter and Gina are great hosts.

There is no better restaurant in CK! The chef/owner is fantastic and the wait staff is excellent. The martinis are ice cold and they have a good and affordable wine list.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The atmosphere, the extensive wine selection, and the European-inspired dishes such as duck, escargot, and delicious French onion soup are all fantastic. The seafood is also amazing. It had been about a decade since my last visit, and I was thrilled to see that it was still open and maintaining its excellent quality - even during the early days of the pandemic.

I love this restaurant! The establishment, the wine list, the European farewell including duck and escargot fabulous French onion soup as well as amazing seafood . did not have in about 10 years and was so glad that it was still there and maintained its high standards - even during the early pandemic!
