Wetzel's Pretzels - Cedar Hill

The restaurant had an excessive number of staff, yet the service was poor. I had to wait 40 minutes to receive my entire order, and they continually mixed it up. By the time I finally got my food, it was cold and dry, and ultimately, I ended up throwing it away.

The staff there today seemed more focused on having fun than on serving customers. I requested two pretzel bites but only received one, and I asked for three drinks but only got two. I often visit this place, but today was not the best experience.

The customer service at this place is quite lacking. I overheard the woman who identified herself as the manager say, "I really need to go to the bathroom," which is not reassuring when someone is preparing your meal. Additionally, I didn’t receive a single greeting as I walked in. I’ve been coming to this location for years, but it might be time for me to consider other options.

Very sorry Unacceptable service!!!! Workers unacceptable Behavior! And then also having someone helping that doesn 't even work there!! We were told that our order would be ready in 15-25 minds and we just got our food 3:16

I always go to this location because it is the closest to me . The service is rarely good but the pretzels are always fresh . Today I went into the location at 7:52 and they did not service me because they said they just closed . This was really frustrating because i checked the time the location closes before I left my house . I was very disappointed.
