Burger King - Cedar Hill

The whopper was very fresh and the woman at the drive-thru was incredibly kind.

This Burger King location was the worst I have ever been to. The manager, Brenda, was Hispanic and provided terrible service. She got my order wrong, giving me chicken fries instead of the small regular fry I had ordered along with two Jr Chicken Sandwiches, milk, and Sprite. The food was not good, the sandwiches were too crispy to even eat. I was very disappointed to have paid for something I didn't want. When I called Brenda to explain the mistake, she argued with me and insisted that I had asked for chicken fries. This was not true, as I had clearly asked for a regular fry three times. I expect better customer service when I return to this restaurant.
