Avocado California Roll Sushi

We order from here regularly and tonight went to pick up an order 15 min after the time I was told, 20 minutes, the restaurant is empty and 3 employees are standing just to stare at their phones, while 4 people wait in the line. They were rude and I had to wait 10 minutes for my order because they were all too busy to see their phones to pack my order that sat behind the chefs on the counter. Very disappointing for a place that usually has a great service and great staff.. it took an hour for an order to be finished in 20 minutes.

This place with Google Maps after the first place we found closed. It is close to the shopping center, which still has many open areas to develop and has many winding streets around them. So it is relatively small, with 2 or 3 other shops in it and hunting for it is worth the effort. I definitely go back and get out of my way to come here if not closer to one of my other favorite sushi places. The decor is pleasant, but also somewhat simple. More beautiful than another place I like and brighter than another. No one is overly beautiful or expensive, but the food is good. This place itself from the beaten path actually seemed to be more busy than the others This is a good testimony to itself. The food was good and some of the lunch specialities were also very good. The staff seemed a bit light, as most restaurants are nowadays, but the food was delivered in time and correctly.

Great place, though it is right next to the shopping center. We came in and nobody wanted to wait for us. It was our first time and not the ladies there was how to let me help. We went to the front and got a menu and saw it. Then went to a table and then the waitress finally asked us if we were going or here. She was nice after taking our order and apologized not to welcome us. The food was great, we got the $30 special, 2 reels estimated at $14 each and 2 appetizers and 2 miso soups? Everything was great and we enjoyed it. Let's go back if we're ever over.

Here it is about 30 minutes before closing, but a waitress took about 13 minutes to drink us. Kitchen closes at 8:50, so we had a shot to order our sushi. Can't complain. The price is great!!! The food is delicious.

We really enjoyed this sushi spot in Cedar Hill. It?s on the outside of the mall, so parking isnt a problem, though a tree has obscured the main sign and logo. The service was subpar, but we really enjoyed the dishes themselves. We did the crunchy crab roll and the New Orleans roll which were both great, flavorful, and pretty filling. It?s also quiet which we appreciated from a conversation piece as we didn?t have to yell to hear each other. It?s not a gourmet sushi spot, but we will definitely become regulars here.
