Great Wall Chinese - Cedar Falls

Mistakes happen but, when I ordered tonight for delivery and the order was completely wrong and they didn't want to make it right unless I went there to pick it up. Like I told them on the phone won't be back and dont recommend this business with no effort for customer satisfaction.

I call and order all the time and get lo mein noodles for my father because of his esophagus cancer... well tonight all of a sudden I got rice instead...I called to let them know they and a mistake only to be told how we had some conversation that hasn't happened in 3 years because I know i costs extra already... instead of offer even an apology they wanted to tell me I'm wrong... first of I'm the customer I'm always right... second I've been in customer service before for 12 years and this is not at all how you handle things.... he was very rude and tried to say I was cussing him out and the whole time I used sir to approach him or answer him...I will not be ordering again.

Ordered Hot and spicy chicken . (Special combo loaded with Chicken peppers ,onions ,broccoli, carrots and peas so good !

Paid 70$ for frozeen tasting food under cooked rice and burnt dryed out teryaki chicken. Would not recomend. You can get the same quality for 20$ out the freezer section in walmart

I usually get shrimp lo mein with extra shrimp This time I tried the pepper steak meal. Let's just say I'll be getting my regular from now on. This place is great tho.
