Subway - Cedar City

I really enjoyed my sandwich! I just wish they offered the option to add extra toppings, like more pickles, since they're usually in short supply.

This is the second time I've ordered chocolate chip cookies from this place, and both times I've received cookies that weren't chocolate chip. If I had wanted the other varieties, like the oatmeal raisin we got the first time, I would have ordered those instead.

I've ordered a cookie from this place twice, and both times I've received a different cookie without any notification about the substitution. It's just disappointing.

Would have been better on the cheddar bread, which is no longer an option on app.

I had my 7-week-old puppies with me and needed to use the drive-thru since it was in the 90s outside. However, I didn't receive any response after waiting a few minutes, so I moved to the window. Two female employees were talking among themselves but ignored me even when I knocked on the window several times. Frustrated, I drove around and tried again to place my order, but still had no success. Eventually, I parked and took my puppies to the door, only to be told by the staff that I couldn't bring them inside. I asked why they hadn't assisted me at the drive-thru, and they informed me that one of the workers was on break. I inquired if they could take my order and have him process it when he returned, but they completely ignored my question and continued their personal conversation. None of them offered any help, and I was unable to place my order either through the drive-thru or inside. After spending about 30 minutes trying to order a sandwich, I left empty-handed. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
