5 Buck Pizza - Cedar City

I ordered in-store and waited over 35 minutes for 12 wings. They had been ready for more than 15 minutes, sitting on the back counter, and no one informed us. When I finally received them, the wings were cold and soggy, and I had requested boneless, but they were bone-in. The service was terrible, and I do not recommend this place.

They are excellent every time I visit. The food is consistently delicious and always served hot.

We only ordered three small items, and unfortunately, everything was cold and needed to be reheated. I paid for ranch dressing but didn't receive it, and I also requested Parmesan packets but didn't get those either. The delivery person knocked on the door even though I had requested not to be disturbed. We'll consider ordering again, but I hope for an improved experience next time.

Horrible customer service, this is the second time I have had problems with the location and they just don’t care. As for the one owner Robbie he doesn’t care either that his staff treats customers like garbage. Must be making enough money not to care.

Great other than they don 't check computers for grub hub orders because they never get orders from grub hub . So we had to wait until it was cooked start to finish.
