My drinks has black pearls and They didn’t gave us drinking straws.

A label on the drink whether what kind or the name of the drink is would be helpful. sometimes we get confused which is which that we ordered especially for bulk orders.

Delivery was late and the beverages are not that cold anymore, but taste is okay all in all.

What i like about food panda is it delivers your food for free. It’s really convenient and fast.

I ordered for milktea around 8pm and waited until 10pm, delivery never arrived. I checked delivery status in the app and it already shows delivered. I complained via chat and the chat rep said he will check the status with the delivery team and I never heard back from him. They did not even have the decency to call me to let me know that they cant deliver my order for whaterver reason. Instead thy chose to waste my time. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Very bad customer service.
