Pepper Lunch - Cebu City

Beef pepper rice, love it. Taste is ok but not really exceptional. All food are served hot. There's an option to go jumbo more rice and beef.

Had a great time with friends. food served in a timely manner. nice that they have surveys customers can fill out. food was yummy.

Beef is better than salmon pepper rice. Well it depends on your preference though. I prefer the take out rather than dining in because they served it with sizzling plates. I hate it if it's super hot as i have poor tolerance and it would take so much time to eat. I hope they have option in which they'll just cook it and serve it like take out.

Good decent food. Meat is not so tender as you would expect.

My fave would be the jumbo beef pepper rice additional bean sprouts corn on the side for P40. My only issue is that every time i eat there the aircon doesn't work at all.
