Bidrage med feedbackJuices and fleshy. We were looking for a Bacolod chicken ish, as we were in BCD last month and then eaten. This was recommended by my friend and had a better ambience and space than those at Sykes.
We went to eat dinner Oct. 5 Small portion : petcho portions are small. Ordered kansi, there's too much soup but not enough beef. Batchoy's ok nothing special. If you're going to order, bear in mind, rice is NOT included. You'll have to buy this separately. No combo meals. Drinks are just bottled water , softdrinks and juices. No pitcher. On the bright side, I like how their chicken taste, their petcho is savory, the beef kansi) is soft which means it was cooked well. Customer service meh, the lady who served us which also stand as cashier needs more training. A so so food experience can be turned around to a better one if only their servers are nice and welcoming Unfortunately, she's not. Price too pricey. There are better options. Not to compare, but you'll be better off if you order at mang inasal.
Ah! I thought Mang Inasal was undisputed until I came to this place. Something must be done in your ambience and needs more exposure to the Cebuano people. The chicken inasal is one of the best chickens bbq I have tasted so far. Soft, delicate, juicy and fresh. Get up!
Honestly, better chicken than Mang Inasal. But the service is a little slow. Garlic is not the main dish, but highly recommended for everyone.
The portion of their best seller chicken: Pecho-Pak was indeed MEATY. Definitely good combination with the soy sauce, vinegar and chicken oil as usual. However, I expected more of the skin portion that would give you more of the grilled flavors. Quite affordable though.
