Kagura - Cebu City

The Japanese cuisine at this restaurant is excellent. The service is top-notch as well. Its location is convenient and easy to locate. It's a perfect spot for dining with a group of friends.

I had a fantastic dinner at Kagura with a group of friends and I must say, this restaurant is one of the most reliable in the city. There were 20 of us and they managed to serve everyone at the same time with ease. The food was excellent and I highly recommend this place.

I had a great time with friends and family at this restaurant. The food was excellent, the ambiance was great, and the overall experience was above average. I would definitely give it 4 stars.

Dont know if you noticed the spa at the back of kagura, but its great, nice staff.fully nude or not is up to you, but the place is for both guys and girls togather,unlike any other place in cebu you could bring your girlfriend/ boyfriend/ wife/ husband/ date and enjoy the jacuzy and sauna together. with free tea nice staff too

I ate Katsudon(fried cutlet on the rice),It was really good. And they served free tea. I was contented with their service.
