I had been to Holiday Inn Pattaya in March 2018 and had a wonderful experience The hotel staff was very courteous and the view from the balcony was just breathtaking Loved the swimming pool and the kids play area as well Was touched when the hotel staff sent me a lovely card and drinks just because the room was not cleaned in time Thanks team Holiday Inn Definitely recommend the place to my friends in FB and would love to be there again Regards Siddarth

Compared to other Holiday Inns, this one is exceptional. Strategic location, ample space and modern layouts. Stable wifi, very good gym and ok pools. Breakfast is great too.

The staff is very kind. Also room's conditions is good. I will stay next time, too.
