Such an amazing experience. I had no reservations however pleasantly surprised how fast I was accommodated and seated at the chefs table. Warmly greeted by the staff and chef who personally took care of me throughout the evening. I JUST love the transparency of watching from my table the OPEN KITCHEN as I watched my food being prepared and chatted to the sous chefs. I had a most amazing 12 oz rib steak drenched in garlic herbed buttery yumminess, hand cut fries, 2 massive scallops perfectly cooked and seasoned and seared broccoli and cauliflower that tasted so amazing, I fell in love with veggies again. The “Au jus” gravy was to die for. Succumbed to dessert, opting for crème brûlée, the sugary topping, flame prepared infront of me. This was like Circle de soleil “wow” for restaurants. Most memorable. They have “clear” cocktails the make in house via special straining methods. Next time, staying overnight at their Inn on the premises with my husband. It felt like I was visiting old friends and the atmosphere is very cozy, eclectic mix of old world charm and modern elegance. I love discovering independent restauranteurs that are an easy drive from Burlington.

WOW!!!! What a hidden gem. I attended with my sisters to do a birthday celebration and we were blown away by the experience. It was amazing. The team work that went into making sure we had an outstanding blind menu evening, there are no words to describe it. You have to experience it.

We happened across this gem on a birthday road trip and stopped in. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed with open arms and top notch customer service by Dan and his staff. Everything we ordered was a masterpiece in itself. Incredible food, one of a kind cocktails, and amazing staff will bring us back again soon. Definitely a culinary experience we will Never Forget!!! Loved our 'Indulge and Discover ' experience a 5 course blind tasting menu. It was a ton of fun and got us trying things we would normally never order. We also ordered the drink pairings which added a whole other level to the experience. Great for a celebratory night out!
